We believe that appropriate small efforts on our teachers will bring out the amplified positive effect as transforming factor or revolution. India is a country which operates on scale of operation and to transform them we need a massive drive as well as a fleet of change agents at every location where trainers are there.

The real challenge is the reducing gap of knowledge and skills between learner and teacher. The generation gap is no more visible after 40 years, but it is evident even at 25 years if not less then that. This will even reduce further as knowledge explosion and progress in technology will happen. Teachers ´confidence level is going down and exposure is reducing and opposite to that learners are becoming smarter and have higher access to knowledge resources, high degree of exposure, world full of opportunities. Parents spending power is better and they are highly conscious about quality time for their child. Overall life speed is increased and they are very demanding.

Teachers have to deal with much lager responsibilities then earlier and have more administrative work. Need to handle much large number of students in a class and more number of classes. Their exposure levels are going down and have very less quality time at their disposal for self development and teaching quality improvement. Training hours and syllabus has left little flexibility with current training methodology.

There is multidimensional approach to theses challenges. The mundane work of teachers to be done by technology, processes, applications and less productive time should be saved and used for higher productive way.

The learners, demand for education, speed, aspiration, technology, environment all are changing and this call for change in educational paradigm. We definitely need new educational paradigm not only to address the challenges but to ride on them to leverage. India is country who is exporting knowledge workers as well as qualified trainers in big way. Our teachers are well respected all over the world.  Today there is dearth of good teachers in country and even abroad.

New educational Paradigm will develop the systems for educational management, intelligent applications for student´s lifecycle management, Learning Resources for self learning, research and for faculty for Instructed Led Training (ILT). New education will enhance the project work experience and improve their placement opportunities. New educational aids through electronic or hardcopy mode will quickly assist to effectiveness of learning in user friendly manner and will also reduce the work load on faculty to deal with learners with different learning speeds. New Educational Paradigm will make more intelligent, transparent and faster assessment and evaluation seamlessly integrated in the entire learning cycle. Blended learning, collaborative learning will be at the core of New Educational Paradigm.

We believe that the first step to make this revolution is to convert the Teachers into the change agents making them perform more intelligently to get their command and respect back from learners. The existing teaching workforce will be converted in to modern teachers.
