Punjab Infotech in association with Global Talent Track announces the intention to broaden their partnership to take employability programs to the rural and semi-urban locations through CAL-C centres in the state of Punjab.
This initiative has been set up in support of the Government of Punjab in order to foster IT/KPO industry in the state. The objective is to develop the talent required to create the right environment for the knowledge sector to flourish in the state.
The MoU was signed by Mr. A.K. Bansal, General Manager Legal and CAL-C, of Punjab Infotech, and by Dr. Uma Ganesh, Chief Executive Officer, Global Talent Track.
GTT’s employability programs proposed to be offered through CAL -C centres and will be commencing in September 2010. GTT has already trained over 250 students in a variety of employability oriented programs and students have benefited through placements in leading MNC’s in IT/KPO industry. |
